Professional experience:
- He has over 21 years of clinical experience in different healthcare settings in the UK and Middle East. He has special interest in Obesity management, and application of technology in the management of diabetes including insulin pumps and closed loop systems (also known as Artificial Pancreas).
- He has numerous publications in international peer-reviewed scientific journals and has presented his work at regional, national and international conferences. He is the External Examiner for the Postgraduate Degrees in Diabetes at South Wales University in the UK. He features frequently on regional TV and Radio stations.
