PMC Visits the English Language School (ELS)
The PMC team visited the English Language School (ELS) with a special ophthalmology and dental screening campaign for the kids. Our Optometrist, Nida Hamid and General Dentist, Dr Zainab Riaz screened a group of schoolchildren for any vision and dental issues to be managed. The team talked to the kids at ELS about the importance of protecting their vision and caring for their oral health. The children also received goodie bags to take home.

The team talked to the kids about the importance of protecting their vision and caring for their oral health.
Medical Camps Underway for Labourers
As part of PMC’s public health awareness and outreach program, we have been organising medical camps for our labourers to provide them with the best available medical care. Through healthcare screening, we identify their needs and provide medical assistance as required. PMC remains committed to offering affordable healthcare to deserving individuals.
Emirates International Colorectal Congress
PMC had the honour of participating at the 2nd Emirates International Colorectal Congress (E-ICRC) on the 24th and 25th of February 2024 at Conrad Abu Dhabi. From enlightening presentations to compelling case studies, the congress served as a platform of medical excellence and included expert insights and interactive sessions.
PMC Collaborates with The Pink Caravan
Grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Pink Caravan in providing free mammogram screenings to PMC female patients. A huge thank you to the Pink Caravan team for their invaluable support. We are especially grateful to PMC Consultant General and Breast Surgeon, Dr Rabbia Khan and, Gastrointestinal Surgeon at Mediclinic City Hospital, Dr Sara Al Bastaki, for being instrumental in making this activity a success. Here’s to more collaborations in the future, working together to ensure early breast cancer diagnosis and promote women’s health.
Pinktober Awareness Session at Al Ghurair
On 7th October, the PMC Public Health team spent the day at a Breast Cancer Awareness Session for the female staff of Al Ghurair Investments as part of our Pinktober campaign.
The session, led by PMC Public Health Director Programs Dr Amina, focused on the importance of early detection and self-examination. Our aim was to reinforce our shared commitment to promoting preventive health among working women.
