Clinic Manager

Dr Sadaf carries over 28 years of experience as a General Physician as well as in Clinical Operations, and Patient Management. Her role comprises of the day-to-day management of the clinic’s outpatient healthcare, planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the clinic. She manages the general functions of the facility including the performance of medical and non-medical staff at PMC. Dr Sadaf also oversees the financial wellbeing of the facility, implements policy, ensures that resources are used efficiently, supervises, provides guidance and helps in elevating performance of the team.
