Our general surgery doctors are capable of providing consultations for a range of problems associated with the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, bile ducts, breast & often the thyroid gland. They also hold the expertise for the management of patients with appendix, peritonitis, polytrauma, skin lesions, genital abscesses and hernia.

The department is also geared to perform some minor procedures to shorten a patient’s stay in a hospital. These include nail extractions, intra-articular injections, cases of incision & drainage and wound dressings.
